previous editions

For the fourth consecutive time, IDFC coordinated a Pavilion to the 28th Conference of the Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28).

The Club organized more than 30 events, on key topics such as carbon market, nature-based solutions, forest conservation, urban infrastructures, agriculture, energy or blue economy are covered. The panels are also addressing the question of Paris agreement alignment, climate finance post-2025 and the role of public development banks in transforming Financial Systems for Climate and Nature among others.

The third edition of COP27IDFC Pavilion was marked by a dense agenda of more than 60 events from its members and partners, and showing the strong commitment of the Club to implement the Sustainable Development Goals & the Paris Climate Agreement agendas.

The IDFC Pavilion hosted IDFC members and partners Side Events throughout the two weeks of the COP26 to exchange on Development Finance Institutions alignment on the Paris Agreement, the nexus between Climate and Biodiversity and the role of development banks in Climate Action.
